We know not everything works out and we want to help ensure you look fabulous in everything you purchase from us. We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery date for exchange or a full refund. All original tags must be attached. If it's outside of the 14 days, you have 30 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, altered or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Sale items, Jewelry, Handbags, Shoes, Intimates and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Online orders: Please email the store prior to sending the product back to confirm it is eligible for a refund. Any item sent back that has not been authorized for a return will not be sent back to sender, unless sender is willing to pay the return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timeframe of 14 days, within 30 days a store credit will be issued.
Our inventory is limited to ensure our fashionistas have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will still be available when we receive your return. If we no longer have a size or item you need, a refund or store credit will be issues as long as it's within the guidelines listed above.

SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 10 days of the purchase date. Please email us immediately at email@example.com Attn: Website Orders and include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.
Please do not return damaged merchandise without contacting the store first.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, you will be issued a store credit for the current price as long as it's within the 30 day return policy.
